Full Turnkey Service

As an OEM, we perform the full suite of services in-house with our own labour, plant and equipment. This includes design, engineering, manufacturing, construction and assembly, through to commissioning, after sales support, and maintenance. This provides numerous benefits to our clients, including cost efficiencies and the avoidance of stacked risk allocations across multiple parties. We also have better product control as engineering completion is dovetailed into manufacture and then construction.

Preventative Maintenance

Our balanced machines service offering also includes proactive measures to pre-empt and avert issues through maintenance and after sales service. By prioritising preventative maintenance, clients can reduce the likelihood of reactive repairs, replacement parts, and potential production losses during unplanned downtime.

Local, Specialised Team

Civmec’s balanced machines teams are based in Australia, including our dedicated Perth office, which houses a design and engineering team with expertise across all machine types. This enables us to offer full lifecycle services – from concept and design through to fabrication, commissioning, and after-sales support – all within Australia.

With engineering and design integrated into our manufacturing operations in Henderson and Newcastle, we ensure seamless project execution and quality control. Innovative Technology

Utilising Civtrac, our proprietary web-based integrated business management system, we are able to accurately provide ‘live’ tracking, managing all aspects of project delivery, including document control, material control, project management and reporting, safety management, quality control and cost management. With a 3D model interface, the productivity tracking, quality control and completion management activities undertaken in the field are recorded on tablets in real-time, facilitating Civtrac’s seamless flow from fabrication through to onsite installation and commissioning.

Civtrac also enables our clients to directly monitor real-time progress via a remote login, providing transparency across the entire project life cycle, from material control through to delivery and installation.
