Our Approach

Our quality management systems are certified to ISO 9001, the internationally recognised standard for quality management, and our facilities in Perth and Newcastle hold CC3 certification to the requirements of AS/NZS 5131-2016, ‘Structural Steelwork – Fabrication and Erection’. We have also obtained certification to ISO 3834.2:2008, ‘Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials (Part 2: Comprehensive quality requirements)’.

Civtrac is our proprietary, web-based integrated business management, quality and tracking system, managing all aspects of project delivery, including document control, project reporting and quality compliance, enabling live project data to be recorded and facilitating the seamless flow from fabrication through to onsite installation and commissioning.

Quality Essentials
  • Plan – Always ensure review of contract specification, purchasing, resource, customer, regulatory and training requirements. 
  • Do – Always ensure procedures, work instructions and training is completed and available. 
  • Check – Always ensure complaince through internal auditing, measuring KPIs and inspection and testing. 
  • Act – Always ensure that we capture lessons learned, NCRs/CARs, supply performance and customer feedback.
