With modern fabrication and robotic welding equipment, our fabrication hall can produce up to 80,000 tonnes of steel per annum. The facility has 29,300m2 of usable undercover area.
Our two exotic metals facilities at Henderson support the specialised welding of exotic materials such as titanium, stainless steel, duplex steel and copper alloys.
We have two dedicated surface treatment (blast and paint) facilities, including one that is capable of housing large material handling equipment and integrated modules.
Our state-of-the-art assembly hall has 53,000m2 of usable floor space, stands 70 metres high, contains 20 overhead cranes (capable of 400-tonne lifts) and can accommodate modules up to 187 metres in length.
Situated within the Australian Marine Complex (AMC), the facility can utilise 4,600-tonne self-propelled modular transporters for direct access to wharves of up to 15,000-tonne loadout capacity.
Additional facilities include a site support logistics workshop, along with a multi-storey office building, which services as Civmec's head office, and an onsite cafe.
