The packages included:
- Buckle initiators – supply, fabrication, assembly, testing and delivery of eight buckle initiators, weighing approximately 450 tonnes
- PLET and PLR – supply, fabrication, assembly, testing and delivery of eight 12” pipeline end terminations (PLET) and eight pig launchers and receivers (PLR), totalling approximately 400 tonnes
- Suction piles – supply, fabrication, assembly, trial lifting and delivery of four subsea suction piles, weighing approximately 300 tonnes each, totalling 1,200 tonnes
- Jumper spools – fabrication of 17 300NB and 250NB CRA (Corrosion Resistant Alloy) 625 clad rigid jumper spools including pre- and post-metrology welds, FAT and SIT testing and delivery FAS (free along side) at the AMC facility
- Spreader bars – supply, fabrication and testing of 14 spreader bars, one section measuring 42 metres in length and weighing more than 400 tonnes.
The 12” pipe for the PLET and PLR flowline consisted of CRA and duplex (2205) for the 2” PLR piping manifold. As the PLET was designed with a rotating yoke, folding wings and a sliding mechanism, the fabrication and assembly sequencing was continually reviewed to ensure the assembly of sub-components remained flawless throughout the fabrication process.
